Reception area
This is where a patient is greeted and asked to wait if their homeopath is not ready to see them right away. We invite people to come in off the street to talk to us, to find out about homeopathy and to book an appointment. Visitors may also enquire about the School’s courses and they will be directed to our team at head office.
Consultation room
This is the private and safe space for patient consultation. The room has a live audiovisual link to the teaching room downstairs, should it be needed for teaching purposes. In these situations consultations are recorded with the patient’s permission.
Teaching room
This room has seating for up to twenty students. The live-feed from upstairs is connected to this room and can be viewed on a flat screen television. Students can then watch the live case being taken and analyse it with the help of the group and their teacher. The reception area has an audio visual link to the teaching room downstairs so it can be used as a case taking space if required.
