Clinical Observation

Sam first heard about Homeopathy at 16 when she had her first consultation as a patient. Intrigued by how much the homeopath wanted to know she became super-curious about homeopathy. Her curiosity deepened still further when, in 1995, she used Belladonna to treat her baby’s severe, and very painful, ear infection which disappeared in hours – Sam was hooked.

Having originally trained as a marketing manager for Unilever and working in the personal care business, Sam enrolled at the School of Homeopathy in 1997 and studied until her 4th year, when she moved to Sydney and completed her studies at the Sydney College of Homeopathic Medicine.

Sam now helps patients from all over the world from her home and also her clinic in Sydney. She is also a qualified psychotherapist, specialising in treating anxiety and she offers blended sessions of homeopathy and counselling. She takes a naturopathic approach as she feels that, in order to be truly holistic, both the whole person and their lifestyle need attention.
Sam is also a qualified executive coach and works with senior executives as well as organisations.

When not looking after her patients you can find Sam in, or by, the ocean with her partner, adult children, or friends, putting the world to rights over a chai, or just spending time in nature with a good book. She counts meditation as a friend and her refuge when life gets challenging. Sam also spends few months each year in the UK, working via Zoom and teaching for the student clinic for the School of Homeopathy in Australia.

"Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn." - Benjamin Franklin.

I love working with individual students and supporting them on this life-enhancing path. It is also great to be part of such a vibrant and supportive worldwide homeopathic community.

I feel it is a real privilege to be associated with The School of Homeopathy - both as a student and now as a tutor. It is wonderful to see how the students blossom as their knowledge and understanding of homeopathy develop; I love witnessing and being part of that process - and I also appreciate how much I learn from it too. Thank you.
